ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Nominations can be made by anyone within the Active Farmers community, including Active Farmers trainers, and the nominee must be part of the Active Farmers community such as a participant, trainer, or volunteer.

The nominee should display the following attributes:

• Encourage and inspire others to begin their health and wellbeing journey

• Be welcoming and inclusive to others

• Prioritise their health in the face of adversity

• Demonstrates strength beyond the ‘number on the kettlebell’

• Be proud to be an Active Farmer, who embraces our vision of building stronger and more resilient rural communities
