Breakfast for Champions with Anna Ross!

Breakfast of champions

Hiding at the bottom of the bowl is 2 humble weetbix soaked with skim milk, covered in low fat chobani greek yoghurt mixed with cinnamon and @kapaipuku seed mix soaked over night, finally topped with some more yoghurt and thawed frozen blueberries!! Our breakfast sets us up for the day ahead and this definitely kept me going on the wards with low GI carbs, protein, fibre for a healthy digestive system, good fats from the seeds, and calcium to support healthy bones ✔️
